1. Write clean, efficient .NET code that meets quality standards
2. Build and maintain unit tests and code that adheres to coding standards
3. Collaborate closely with a distributed team: communicate clearly, share knowledge, and work together to solve challenges
4. Stay in touch with the customer, providing updates and aligning on needs
5. Suggest and drive improvements in the platform and development process
6. Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
