Requirements description

• Strong experience in working with Jira, Confluence, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge and understanding of Agile framework and principles followed by experience in Agile environment.
• Strong autonomy and analytic skills to bring added value to MI production and enable decision making for the key stakeholders.
• Ability to liaise with large numbers of stakeholders from local, regional, and global teams and drive the right behaviour in framing questions correctly to find the information requested or follow-up multiple queries over time.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to manage meetings, listen, collect feedback, and report effectively.
• Ability to prioritize work within competing demands, successfully delivering services to agreed levels in a diverse and constantly changing technical and business environment.
• Experience with Clarity, Qlik and Excel Macro would be considered a strong asset.
• Knowledge of SAFe framework or Lean Portfolio Management will be a plus.
• A comprehensive understanding of the bank’s approach to planning processes and policy in the context of wider industry trends would be additionally appreciated for strategic alignment.

Your responsibilities

1. Monitor and manage data relating to Agile deliveries across the entire change portfolio for Technology.
2. Interface with Technology Leads for each Value Stream to ensure timely and accurate inputs to support portfolio reporting of delivery progress and health.
3. Produce monthly and weekly reports timely and accurately for submission to a number of Group and Portfolio Governance forums.
4. Conduct proactive analysis of data to highlight any trends, risks, and issues with data quality.
5. Support ad-hoc requests for data extraction, analysis, or reporting.
6. Support ad-hoc requests to assist Value Streams in navigating the use of tools or ways of working.
