Requirements description

• 4+ years of professional software development experience (7+ years preferred)
• Strong expertise in PHP 7+ and the LAMP stack
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS, SCSS, and JavaScript
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong understanding of OOP design principles and software architecture
• Comfortable working in international teams and distributed settings
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks ( AngularJS, Angular, React, jQuery)
• Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony (preferred)
• Knowledge of modern frontend tooling: Webpack, Gulp, Node.js, NPM
• Familiarity with: Jira, Git, REST API development, Redis, Apache Solr, Oracle databases

Offer description

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on frontend and solid experience in backend development using the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP). You’ll play a key role in building, maintaining, and scaling web applications, while collaborating with a cross-functional team in a dynamic, global environment. This role requires independence, ownership, and a proactive mindset, along with a readiness to participate in meetings outside standard CET working hours and occasional overseas travel.

Your responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications (frontend and backend)
2. Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
3. Participate in platform architecture and feature planning
4. Attend regular team meetings (including 4x/week after 5 PM CET)
5. Provide suggestions and technical input for product and process improvements
6. Maintain and extend existing applications, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimizations
