What are we looking for?

• Experience: At least 5 years in IT with a verifiable, traceable career history. Exceptional candidates with an outstanding track record will be considered even if they don’t have formal education credentials.
• Salesforce Mastery: Demonstrated expertise as a Salesforce Developer, with deep knowledge of customisations, integrations, and administration.
• Developer Fundamentals: Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming with hands-on experience in SQL and relational database management, crucial for BI tasks.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English (UK English required) with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Education & Attitude: While a degree in Computer Science or a related field is valued, a superior performance history and the right attitude are equally important. We welcome candidates who are inclusive, proactive, and passionate about continuous learning.
• Certifications: Salesforce Developer Certification II.
• Proficient in English at a communicative level.

Your responsibilities

1. Salesforce Customisations & Integrations: Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
2. Database & BI Excellence: Leverage your strong SQL and relational database skills to design and manage data structures that support Salesforce and wider BI initiatives.
3. Documentation & Multitasking: Become the go-to expert in creating and utilising detailed documentation while effectively managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
4. End-to-End Development: Architect and implement scalable, reliable solutions that ensure data integrity and seamless integration with external systems.
5. Collaboration & Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for diverse stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned.
