Requirements description

• Excellent knowledge of responsive design and mobile UI/UX design principles and methodologies as they relate to software development

• Experience in using UX/UI design best practices to design solutions

• 3+years of experience in all aspects of product design, designing  for multiple platforms (Responsive web, Android&iOS)

• 3+years of visual design experience with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function

• An online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables

• Proficiency with industry standard design tools(e,g. Figma, Sketch, Adobesuite, etc)for the creation of artefacts and presentations

• Applied knowledge of user-centred design(UCD)practices, including but not limited to usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping and accessibility

• Degree in design engineering, human computer interaction, product design, interaction design or arelated field ore quivalent industry experience

• Experience working with cross-functional agile/scrum teams

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

We are looking for a Senior Product/UX Designer to join our client, a large gaming/lottery company. The role involves Interaction Design, User Research, Design System maintenance, Usability testing, stakeholders management, visual design, HCI principles, IA

Your responsibilities

1. Design end to end flows and experiences that are intuitive to use within area of responsibility, on time and to expected level of quality and fidelity
2. Handover research and UX deliverables in a manner that can be utilised by respective teams
3. Create & maintain design documentation (Design Systems, Pattern Libraries)
4. Advocate for use of consistent user patterns, supporting design or product
5. Support UXR in conducting user and stakeholder interviews, user acceptance testing, and usability testing to gather evidence and requirements
6. Assist UXR in validating designs, hypotheses, and recommendations with data, providing rationale for decisions
