Requirements description

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written (fluent knowledge of any of the following languages: Spanish, French, Italian, German as an advantage)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in working in a similar position in B2B sales
  • High skills in building and maintaining relationships and negotiating skills, while focusing on the achievement of business goals
  • Initiative, commitment and determination
  • Good organization of work, efficient navigation in the environment of MS Office tools and sales support systems.

Due to rapid growth and development D-R-O is looking for Key Account Manager for the following open markets: Germany / France / Greece / Spain / Italy

Your responsibilities

  1. Active acquisition of new customers and business contacts as well as building and maintaining long-term relationships with them (markets: Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Greece)
  2. Ensuring customers’ satisfaction and managing their expectations
  3. Processing all issues and escalations, if any appear on the customer’s side
  4. Preparation and presentation of the company's commercial offer
  5. Adjusting the offer to customers’ groups
  6. Implementation of sales plans
