Requirements description

Apply if you:

  • Have proven experience min. of 2 years working as a Salesforce Consultant.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing Salesforce solutions and participating in end-to-end project lifecycles.
  • Expertise in Agile project management methodologies, including participation in Agile ceremonies.
  • Are fluent in English (min. B2, preferably also Polish).
  • Possess deep Salesforce knowledge:

- Proficiency in Salesforce products, features and automations.

  • Experienced with data management, data transformation, and updates.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills:

- Ability to translate complex business needs into detailed requirements.

  • Experience in creating comprehensive documentation such as functional specifications, process flows, and system design diagrams.
  • Capable of performing manual system testing and quality assurance.
  • Are an excellent communicator and collaborator:

- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Ability to present solutions, lead workshops, and facilitate training sessions.

- Proficiency in project management tools (eg. Jira)

  • Adopt continuous learning and improvement:

- Stay current with CRM industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Utilize advanced tools such as Gen AI to drive innovations in technical and business processes.

  • Have Certifications:

- Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified App Builder, or equivalent certifications preferred.

About the Role

As a Salesforce Consultant, you play an essential role in implementing CRM systems within an organization. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with fellow team members to gather business insights, generate detailed business documentation, outline system requirements, contribute to end-user training preparations, and undertake Salesforce configuration and testing. You will design strategies and processes that align with both technology and business goals.

Your responsibilities

  1. Lead the collection and documentation of detailed business requirements.

  5. Design Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
  6. Create comprehensive functional specifications, process flows, and system designs.
