• Higher education in one of the following fields: Electrical Drives, Automated Control Systems, Electrical Machines, Electronics, Power Electronics, Mechatronics, or Robotics
• 1+ years of experience in electrical circuit modeling and power electronics simulation using MATLAB/Simulink/Simscape
• Ability to read and analyze electrical schematics
• Strong system analysis skills and experience working with data interpretation
• Technical-level English proficiency (ability to read and write technical documentation)
• Passion for solving complex technical problems and finding patterns in data
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Goal-oriented mindset to achieve challenging objectives
• Experience working with technical literature

4. Identify and fix bugs and errors in the software
5. Test and validate developed and corrected control algorithms
6. Work in cross-functional teams with project engineers and software developers to test software
