Fluent English (min. B2+, ideally C1) – used daily in systems (e.g., SAP ERP) and internal communication
Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or high-level administrative role, ideally in a consulting or international environment
Strong business maturity and professional presence
Excellent knowledge of business etiquette and communication standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with digital tools and CRM systems
Excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and proactive attitude

Your responsibilities
Managing and maintaining calendars (Outlook), scheduling meetings and conference calls with global stakeholders
Arranging and coordinating travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation)
Handling expenses, preparing and reconciling expense reports, and submitting invoices for payment
Supporting the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents
Acting as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients/vendors, ensuring effective communication
Entering and managing data and proposals in the CRM system
