Requirements description

• 3+ years of experience in C# backend development and full SDLC.

• Experience in unit testing.

• Good knowledge of .Net & .Net Entity Framework, .NET 6+, async programming in .Net and RESTful web APIs.

• Experience in Docker micro-service applications and Windows Server environments.

• Good WPF or containerized applications knowledge.

• Familiarity with Git and GitHub, Messaging frameworks (RabbitMQ), multithreading and Jenkins (or other CI/CD)

• Communication in English with ease.

About the team:

As a C# developer, you will join a dispersed team (located in London, Bangalore, and Warsaw) and contribute to development of Pricing and E-trading applications used by our business all around the globe (Hong Kong, Paris, London, New York, etc.). The team is mainly responsible for maintaining around 200 microservices and aggregating the data for desktop applications. As a C# Developer you will write code, but also analyze the needs of the business and translate them into requirements as well as participate in testing and production support activities, as part of an agile team following Scrum methodology.

Your responsibilities

1. Developing code using Software Craftsmanship best practices
2. Collaborating with business users and translating their needs into application requirements.
3. Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and be responsible for following matters through to completion.
4. Writing unit tests and participating in code reviews within the team.
5. Supporting QA team by defining test scenarios, documenting defects, and ensuring alignment with the business needs.
6. Release management: facilitating software deployment and release as part of Continuous Delivery processes.
