Requirements description

Must-have:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering in enterprise/cloud environments.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL, Python, and data modeling.
  • Experience with cloud-based data architecture (preferably AWS).
  • Familiarity with structured & unstructured data, APIs, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of data quality, governance, and security principles.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with AWS data tools (Glue, Redshift, Lake Formation, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and tools like Google ADK or similar.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, life sciences, or business partnering data domains.
  • Experience with metadata management and data cataloging tools.
  • Agile delivery mindset and comfort working across diverse teams.

Your responsibilities

  1. Design and implement scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured sources.
  2. Profile, map, and standardize datasets to create clean, high-quality, and reusable data products.
  3. Build APIs and secure data assets to support advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases.
  4. Support AI workflows, including LLMs and AI Agents, in close collaboration with data scientists.
  5. Integrate governance, metadata, and lineage to ensure compliance and traceability.
  6. Deploy data workflows using containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Amazon EKS).
