Your responsibilities

1. Implement and maintain the SAP CRM module for a large public organization
2. Collaborate with key users to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
3. Write functional specifications and documentation
4. Perform system customization and configuration within SAP CRM
5. Conduct system testing (unit and integration tests)
6. Support end-users and provide training when needed
