Requirements description

• Experience with .NET, including strong experience with .NET Core and .NET Framework 4.8 (Web API), for 4+ years.
• Proficiency in Angular for frontend development.
• Deep understanding of microservice architecture, CLEAN architecture patterns, and MediatR.
• Solid experience with SQL Server and MongoDB.
• Experience with Azure Service Bus / NServiceBus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps).
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory (ADF), or other Azure ecosystem tools.
• Previous experience in the travel industry, particularly with backend services for hotel booking/search.

The IT company Andersen invites a .NET Developer (with Angular) to work on a large-scale project for one of our Canadian partners.

The customer is a luxury travel technology and procurement company with industry-leading booking platforms that enhance the efficiency of travel professionals and maximize their revenue opportunities. The company handles over $1 billion in transactions annually and has a team of 2,200+ travel experts.

The project is an actual web platform (travel services industry) for clients in the North American market.

The position assumes 12 to 21 CET work schedule.

Your responsibilities

1. Developing and maintaining backend services in .NET 4.8 (Web API) and .NET Core as part of a large-scale migration from monolithic to microservice architecture.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and performant services using CLEAN architecture and MediatR.
3. Building and maintaining user-facing features using Angular.
4. Integrating with SQL Server and MongoDB as data backends.
5. Participating in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) within 2-week sprint cycles.
6. Contributing to CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps (builds and pipelines).
