Requirements description

  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in non-Polish full-cycle payroll
  • Advanced English (minimum B2)
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and best practices
  • Experience with HR/payroll systems and MS Office
  • Ability to work with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of other European language

Your responsibilities

  1. Preparing and processing payroll for our branches across Europe
  2. Manage and control vendor relationship, to provide accurate and timely processing of the monthly payroll for according clusters
  3. Review accuracy and completeness of payroll data which needs to be processed
  4. Actively participate in HR transformation initiatives
  5. Develop and maintain relationships through effective and timely communication with internal and external customers
  6. Calculate, prepare and enter off-cycle check information for payments that must be issued prior to the next scheduled payroll
