– 5+ years of experience in full-stack development

We’re now looking for a contract-based Team Lead - a strong technical expert who can lead projects, mentor developers, and shape smart architecture decisions. This is a fully remote and hourly-paid role.

💼 Your Role

As our Tech Lead on contract, you’ll work closely with our dev team and product stakeholders to ensure everything we ship is fast, clean, and scalable.

💵 Compensation

– $25–37/hour - depending on experience and seniority

– For reference: working 160 hours/month (full-time) would equal up to ~$4000 - $6000/month

– 100% remote with flexible working hours

Your responsibilities

1. Lead the development of React Native and Node.js applications
2. Mentor and support a small team of engineers
3. Own architectural decisions and ensure technical consistency
4. Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
