Requirements description

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in both backend and frontend development

About the Role:

This role is hands-on, product-focused, and core to the evolution of the SecurDX platform. You’ll be part of a high-autonomy engineering team responsible for building secure, scalable systems that directly impact how enterprises monitor and manage end-user environments.

Your primary focus will be on developing, implementing, and maintaining robust software solutions with a strong emphasis on compliance and security, not just as checkboxes, but as foundational components of the platform. You’ll work across the full stack, building features that actively monitor performance and health across large-scale environments, and contribute to automated tools that detect and resolve issues in real time.

You’ll help drive the architectural transition to Kubernetes-based microservices, write code that meets real-world security demands, and own features end-to-end.

Your responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features using Node.js (Express) on the backend and React on the frontend
2. Build and scale secure, performant web applications supporting real-time monitoring and automation workflows
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product direction, architecture, and implementation strategy
4. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following modern best practices (CI/CD, code reviews, clean architecture)
5. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability, particularly on the backend side
6. Work on transitioning existing systems from monolith to microservices and from VMs to Kubernetes-based infrastructure
