🌍 Work Mode: Remote with 6 days/month onsite in Krakow, Poland

📅 Start Date: ASAP

💼 Location Advantage: Open to candidates who can commute to Krakow from nearby regions within 1 hour

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Lead high-impact programs across digital platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Oracle Retail)

• Design and implement delivery governance frameworks tailored to business needs

• Develop business cases, manage RFIs & RFPs to support commercial decisions

• Plan and execute seamless cutovers & transitions with minimal disruption

• Apply delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, ASAP, SAP Activate

• Ensure end-to-end visibility using top-tier tools like CA Clarity PPM, Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheets, Confluence, MS Project, HP Quality Center

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in PMO leadership within enterprise transformation programs

• Strong background in SAP (S/4HANA, ECC6), Salesforce, and/or Oracle Retail

• Excellent command of project governance, cutover planning, and stakeholder management

• Hands-on expertise in project delivery tools and frameworks

• Commercially savvy with experience in RFP/RFI processes
