📝 Project scope

We’re building an AI-driven mobile app generator that reimagines how software is created. This internal initiative empowers users — including those without a formal development background - to generate fully functional, multiplatform mobile applications with navigation, data persistence, and remote integrations handled automatically by AI agents.

As a UX Designer, you will lead the design of a highly interactive and intuitive user experience for this generation platform. Your role is essential in translating complex agentic logic into a user interface that feels natural, fast, and empowering for technical and non-technical users alike.

Figma, design systems, prototyping tools, multiplatform UI frameworks, AI-assisted workflows

• Creating intuitive experiences around agentic and generative development models

• Designing flows that simplify advanced automation without sacrificing control

• Enabling rapid iteration and feedback for users building mobile apps

• Addressing the needs of both experienced developers and low-code creators

• Collaborating closely with engineering to align UX with AI capabilities

🤝 Team

You’ll join an internal innovation team composed of AI engineers, mobile specialists, and product leads. The environment is highly cross-functional, fast-paced, and focused on experimentation - with design playing a central role in product success.

What we expect in general

• Hands-on experience in UX/UI design for complex software tools (5+ years)

• Proficiency in user-centric design, prototyping, and usability testing

• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design and visual polish.

• Interest in AI-assisted development or low-code platforms

• Experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

• Fluency in English at C1 level

• Availability to work in our office (Krakow) from time to time or travelling to the customer (Europe)

• Prior experience in a startup environment is highly valued.
