Are you a Python Developer passionate about GenAI and Large Language Models?

!We’re looking for a Python Developer with GenAI experience to join a dynamic, AI-driven team creating intelligent solutions for enterprise clients. You’ll be part of agile squads building copilots, automation tools, and backend APIs powered by state-of-the-art language models.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement Python-based backend services

• Build and scale LLM/GenAI-powered features using tools like OpenAI, GPT, LangChain

• Develop APIs for services such as contract review automation, fraud detection, and document parsing

• Create scalable, secure solutions in cloud-native Azure environments

• Integrate GenAI features into existing systems (e.g. CRM, ERP, SAP)

• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and architects in international agile squads

• Write technical documentation and participate in system design and agile ceremonies

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in software development with Python

• Proficiency in relational databases and ORM frameworks (e.g. SQLAlchemy)

• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, OpenAI, GPT

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into code

• Fluency in Polish and English (min. B2)

• Experience with technical documentation and specification writing

Nice-to-have:

• Familiarity with FastAPI or Flask

• Background in data processing/ML (e.g. Pandas, NumPy, Spark)

• Experience with .NET, Java, or Node.js in backend contexts

• Knowledge of test frameworks (e.g. pytest) and code quality tools (e.g. flake8, pylint)
