Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced professional to take full ownership of the ML model lifecycle — from data analysis and feature engineering, through training and deployment, to monitoring and optimization. You will combine technical skills with business understanding to create solutions that have a real impact on the product and company results. By working with us, you will participate in innovative ML/AI projects, develop in the areas of Generative AI and MLOps, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of experts.

Daily responsibilities:

• Designing and deploying ML models in a production environment (AWS SageMaker).

• Translating business requirements into technical problems and research hypotheses.

• Experimenting with different modeling approaches and selecting the best methods.

• Creating visualizations and reports to support business decision-making.

• Collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams.

• Monitoring models (performance, drift) and implementing improvements.

Requirements:

• University degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer.

• Strong knowledge of Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib/Seaborn) and SQL.

• Experience building forecasting, classification, or regression models.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Nice to have:

• 5+ years of experience in a product environment.

• Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker, MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow).

• Experience in monitoring models in production.

• Interest in Generative AI and LLMs.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
