Project Manager

Kraków - based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office).

As a Project Manager you will be working for our client, a globally recognized financial institution focused on enhancing its cybersecurity posture through the implementation of advanced certificate management technologies. You will be leading a critical workstream aimed at improving the governance, automation, and lifecycle management of digital certificates, ensuring secure communications across enterprise systems. The project involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that timelines, quality standards, and strategic objectives are met within a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Your main responsibilities:

1. Leading the execution of the CA & Venafi Workstream
2. Managing cross-functional teams including internal staff and external vendors
3. Coordinating with business and technology owners to align on scope and priorities
4. Monitoring project progress and maintaining control over timelines and deliverables
5. Providing detailed documentation, progress updates, and stakeholder reporting
6. Identifying and managing project risks and issues proactively
7. Ensuring quality assurance across all deliverables
8. Facilitating effective stakeholder engagement across regions and functions
9. Applying best practices in project management methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
10. Utilizing tools such as MS-Project, JIRA, and Confluence for tracking and reporting

You're ideal for this role if you have:

1. Experience in end-to-end project delivery within large organizations
2. Background in managing projects involving cybersecurity or technical infrastructure
3. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
4. Proven ability to work with cross-functional global teams
5. Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
6. Ability to identify and manage risks in complex project environments
7. Familiarity with project governance and compliance standards
8. Hands-on experience with project tracking and collaboration tools
9. A team-oriented mindset with strong leadership qualities
10. A structured, proactive approach to problem-solving

It is a strong plus if you have:

1. Previous experience with CA or Venafi technologies
2. Exposure to cybersecurity project management
3. Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies
4. Experience working in the financial sector
5. Background in managing vendor relationships and contracts
