We're looking for a Senior Blockchain IT Developer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in developing innovative custody solutions, driving system integration, and advancing blockchain interoperability.

🚀 What You'll Do

• Lead the design and development of secure, scalable systems within mission-critical IT environments.

• Work on blockchain-related initiatives, with a focus on custody and self-custody workflows (e.g., trade clearing, settlement, corporate actions, reconciliations).

• Integrate diverse systems and ensure data integrity, quality, and synchronization across platforms.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

• Leverage your experience with EVM-compatible blockchains and explore cross-chain interoperability.

• Apply cryptographic primitives to real-world applications where security and precision matter.

✅ What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on development in complex, high-availability IT environments.

• Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies and hands-on experience with existing EVM-compatible blockchains.

• Experience with custody/self-custody workflows in financial or blockchain-based systems.

• Proficiency in system and data integration, including data quality assurance.

• Familiarity with cryptographic fundamentals (signing, hashing, encryption).

• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and similar agile collaboration tools.

• Fast learner, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering high-quality results.

• A “ get-things-done” mentality, with a problem-solving attitude.

💡 Nice to Have

• Experience with blockchain interoperability protocols (e.g., bridges, layer 2, cross-chain messaging).

• Background in financial services or regulated environments.
