🚀 Job Opportunity: SharePoint / M365 Collaboration System Engineer (Remote | 6-Month Contract)

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint / M365 Collaboration System Engineer to join our team on a 6-month remote contract. This role is perfect for someone with deep technical expertise in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services, a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for collaboration platforms.

🔧 Role Overview:

As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for administrating, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Automate, Viva Engage, and more. You will ensure secure, compliant, and seamless collaboration experiences for our global teams.

✅ Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Strong experience with SharePoint 2016/2019/Online administration.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools – Teams, Viva Engage, Planner, Forms, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Stream.

• Knowledge in Records Management, DLP, Retention Policies, and Governance within M365.

• Skilled in PowerShell, MS Graph API, Azure Functions for scripting and automation.

• Experience with RBAC, Office 365 Admin Roles, and Azure AD B2B collaboration.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration.
