INTRODUCTION & SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Product Owner to support the transformation of sales processes and technology in the e-commerce sector. This role emphasizes collaboration with sales and IT teams to enhance sales efficiency through advanced CRM solutions, particularly Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, focusing on optimizing workflows, driving innovation, and maximizing return on investment for sales technologies.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a critical member of the team, you will:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable sales solutions.
• Optimize existing sales processes to enhance user experience.
• Lead the development of a client 360-view in Salesforce.
• Utilize data analytics for decision making and process improvements.
• Support change management initiatives and training efforts.
• Identify areas for automation and advanced technology integration.
• Advise senior leadership on sales technology investments.
• Implement established governance frameworks for operational excellence.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager or a Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant.
• Strong engagement skills with senior sales leaders regarding process enhancements.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce and effective business processes.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with AI and automation technologies in sales.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools for performance tracking.
• Background in e-commerce or related industries.
