1x Lead Java Backend Engineer

Experience: 7+ years 270-290 eur (depending on stacks and expereince)

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on enterprise Java development

• Experience leading teams or projects

• Proficiency with GCP and cloud-native toolsets

• Familiarity with emerging AI technologies

• Strong communication and backlog management skills

2x Mid-Level Java Backend Engineers (Java SE III/IV)

Experience: 3–5 years -220-240 (depending on stacks and expereince)

Key Requirements:

• Strong Java backend development experience

• Solid understanding of GCP

• Familiarity with integration and distributed applications

General Expectations:

• Strong collaboration in Agile environments

• Ability to self-organize and manage tasks from backlog

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Polish-based candidates only due to remote legal constraints
