Work 100% remotely for a US-based leader in cloud communications. Join a team building mission-critical APIs used by Airbnb, WhatsApp, Snapchat, and other global brands.

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong backend focus (Node.js/TypeScript) to help evolve large-scale, real-time, event-driven systems. You'll contribute to new features, production improvements, and ensure high reliability and performance.

You'll work alongside experienced engineers passionate about high-quality, fault-tolerant systems powering real-time communication worldwide.

What you’ll do

• Design and build new features in a large-scale, event-driven platform.

• Improve performance, reliability, and fault tolerance of production systems.

• Work with APIs and SDKs used by global brands.

• Collaborate with experienced engineers in a remote-first team.

• Get hands-on with real-time communication systems and cloud technologies.

Required skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Strong frontend experience (JavaScript / TypeScript / HTML / CSS; Angular is a big plus).

• Solid backend experience (TypeScript / Node.js; Java is a big plus).

• Excellent debugging and problem solving skills.

• Experience with automated testing frameworks and platforms.

• Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, memory management, and concurrency.

• Database knowledge.

• Source control (Git) / Agile development practices.

• Effective remote collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with API design and/or SDK development.

• Cloud technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker.
