Job description

💻Workload: Part time, business hours.

🌍Remote work: Remote.

⏰Start: ASAP.

💰Rate: up to 200 PLN/h on B2B contract.

⏳Project length: 6 months + prolongations.

📕Project language: English.

✈Business Travel:  occasional on-site visits in Germany (Leinfelden-Echterdingen)

⚙️Industry: automotive.

💻Project/goal: global SAP rollouts  The role supports the SAP FAST template rollout across various international markets.

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Business Consultant with 7–10+ years of involvement in complex global rollouts, ideally within financial services or automotive sectors. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in SAP, particularly in the context of SAP FAST template rollouts, and bring exceptional skills in gap analysis, documentation, and user training to effectively support the global project initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

The Senior SAP Business Consultant will play a crucial role in analyzing local requirements and ensuring successful template implementation:

• Analyze local requirements, identifying deviations from the global template (GAP analysis)
• Create and align functional specifications
• Prepare test cases and execute or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Perform data consistency checks and interface validations
• Conduct end-user training and support documentation
• Support Go-live and Hypercare phases
• Document change requests and collaborate with global teams
• Create design and technical concepts for change requests applicable to local market requirements
• Setup of Company Codes and Branches in SAP

Key Requirements:

• Experience with tools: JIRA, Xray, Confluence
• Capability to document change requests, test cases, and conduct end-user training
• Experience in handling banking integration, payment processes, and working with SAP FI, BC Banking module
• Experience in auditable financial environments
• Fluent in English
• Prior experience with SAP FAST Template
• Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, US-GAAP
• Hands-on experience with payment file formats and banking solutions integration
• Knowledge of German is a plus.
