Product Specialist

For Digital Hub Warsaw, we are looking for:

Product Specialist

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global printing strategies that align with the organization's objectives, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness across all regions.

• Establish and maintain relationships with global printing vendors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

• Implement quality control measures to ensure that printed materials meet global standards and specific brand guidelines across different markets.

• Monitor and analyze costs associated with printing operations globally, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

• Evaluate and enhance printing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline workflows on a global scale.

• Oversee the execution of large-scale printing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while coordinating efforts across different regions.

• Ensure that all printing activities adhere to local regulations, environmental standards, and corporate policies across all countries of operation.

Qualifications & competencies:

• Sound experience in IT service management

• Knowledge of common hardware and software solutions in the print environment

• Experience in dealing with customers and external partners

• Technical knowledge:

• Understanding of IT infrastructures, network and server technologies

• Knowledge of service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)

• Experience in incident, problem and change management

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• High customer orientation and sense of responsibility

• Ability to work under pressure in a structured and solution-oriented manner
