We’re on the hunt for a Senior AWS Developer with deep experience in AWS MSK (Kafka) and associated cloud-native services. If you're passionate about building scalable, real-time data pipelines and cloud infrastructure in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment—this role is for you.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

• Architect and automate AWS MSK (Kafka) clusters for high-throughput, secure data streaming.

• Manage and optimize AWS DocumentDB deployments, ensuring seamless integration and performance.

• Administer Kafka ecosystems—handling topics, partitions, consumers, and producers.

• Support and tune MongoDB operations, including replication, indexing, and high availability.

• Maintain AWS RDS (Oracle) instances—patching, backups, and tuning for performance.

• Deploy and manage Couchbase clusters for scalable NoSQL solutions.

• Build backend tools and services using Go, especially around data ingestion and transformation pipelines.

• Automate infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation to enable consistent, repeatable deployments.

• Monitor, secure, and optimize cloud data environments with both AWS-native and third-party tools.

✅ What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience, including MSK, DocumentDB, and RDS.

• Strong understanding of Kafka architecture and ecosystem tools.

• Proficiency with MongoDB and Couchbase in production environments.

• Experience with Go programming for backend service development.

• Proven experience using Terraform or CloudFormation for IaC.

• Knowledge of security, monitoring, and cost optimization in AWS.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote, international team
