Summary: The Senior Integration Developer for Azure API Management plays a critical role in implementing and enhancing a secure and scalable API platform that aligns with organizational governance policies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage RESTful APIs and API proxies using Azure API Management.
• Apply API security and standards including OAuth2 and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.
• Support the API lifecycle from onboarding to decommissioning.
• Configure Azure API Management elements like gateways and backends.
• Implement monitoring and alerting using Azure Monitor.
• Manage platform health and troubleshoot issues.
• Use Terraform for infrastructure provisioning as code.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Write automation scripts using PowerShell and Bash.
• Implement API authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for APIs.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure API Management.
• Proficiency in REST, OpenAPI, OAuth2.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD workflows.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or Bash.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform.
• Understanding of Azure services and cloud-native practices.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with C#/.NET or Java/Spring Boot for development.
• Experience using integration tools like Informatica or Kafka.
• Azure Certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate).
• Exposure to Docker and AKS deployments.
