The role of the D365 Functional Consultant focuses on implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a core CRM solution for global banking and commercial purposes, aligning with client business processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Participates in all aspects of solution implementation, including requirements analysis, configuration, and testing of Microsoft Dynamics applications.
  2. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather a comprehensive set of requirements that align with business objectives.
  3. Evaluates customer business processes against standard Microsoft Dynamics functionalities.
  4. Utilizes Microsoft Technology and ALM stack, including VSTS and PowerApps.
  5. Contributes ongoing feedback for improving delivery practices.
  6. Documents business requirements and expected outcomes for solutions.
  7. Customizes Microsoft Dynamics applications to meet customer needs.
  8. Conducts acceptance testing and trains client resources.

Key Requirements:

  1. 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales implementation, with participation in at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
  2. Senior-level consulting experience with a focus on business modeling and solutions implementation in Microsoft Dynamics.
  3. Comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft ALM stack.
  4. Proficiency in utilizing VSTS/TFS for consulting task tracking.
  5. Strong process-driven implementation approach.

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience with core application functionality and technology stack.
  2. Knowledge of implementation methodologies and industry best practices.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent facilitation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  5. Successful completion of relevant product certification exams.
