Job description

We’re looking for a skilled Frontend Developer to join our client’s Growth Hacking Team, working on rapid product experimentation in the global fintech sector. It’s a fast-paced environment where the team delivers short-cycle, high-impact product iterations and micro-features.

This role is perfect for developers who enjoy prototyping, value product impact, and want to collaborate cross-functionally with design, backend, and product teams. You’ll work in 3-week sprints, building A/B-tested features using React and TypeScript, with React Native being a strong plus.

The team owns its roadmap and welcomes people ready to contribute not only code — but also ideas, improvements, and long-term thinking.

Project duration: 3-month trial with long-term cooperation planned (6+ months) Please note: Availability between 16:00–18:00 CET is required due to overlap with US-based team syncs.

• build high-quality, reusable, and scalable frontend code in React and TypeScript

• prototype user-facing features and validate them through A/B testing

• collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers

• participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions

• contribute to architectural decisions and the team’s technical roadmap

• define and implement clear, testable plans for feature delivery

You can be the perfect match for us, if you have:

• 3+ years of experience as a frontend developer

• strong, hands-on knowledge of React

• proficiency in TypeScript

• experience working with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar

• familiarity with cloud environments (preferably AWS or Azure)

• understanding of Agile practices and collaborative workflows

• good communication skills and English at B2+ level

• adaptability and the ability to switch context quickly

It can be love at first sight if you also have:

• experience with React Native and mobile development

• knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and data-driven product decisions

• background in software houses or agencies

• strong product sense and interest in UX/business value

• ownership mindset and ability to work independently
