Salary: 900-1150 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź

Project

---

You will be involved in a financial project focused ondelivering a significant transformation within the banking sector, with a particular emphasis on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes. The initiative aims to enhance financial crime prevention mechanisms through the implementation of Risk-Based Approaches (RBA) and the development of efficient treatment strategies, possibly leveraging PEGA CLM technologies.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Understanding and shaping the scope of the assigned workstream or project
• Driving the refinement of Building Blocks into well-defined features
• Ensuring the delivery of refined features that meet the Definition of Done (DoD)
• Prioritizing tasks and guiding project teams accordingly
• Managing internal communication and stakeholder engagement for timely decision-making
• Handling risks, issues, and dependencies within the workstream or project

Expected competences and knowledge

• Demonstrated experience in large-scale transformation programs in the banking sector, preferably in AML
• Solid understanding of financial crime risk, AML domain knowledge, and regulatory expectations
• Experience withPEGA CLM platforms is considered a  advantage
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality documentation and status reporting
• Deep understanding of how the project scope aligns with strategic business objectives
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagement
• Experience in preparing spotlight and options papers for executive-level decisions
• Acts as a role model by fostering trust, learning, and a positive team culture
