Project Information:

• Industry: technology

• Location: Warsaw or Gdańsk; 1 day per week in the office, but remote also possible

• Start: ASAP/ to determinate

• Cooperation: 1 year (possibility of extension)

• B2B up to 170zł/h

Summary: The role of the DevOps Engineer is to support the voice platform by optimizing deployment pipelines, maintaining GitHub, and providing AWS environment support, ensuring seamless operations between development and operations teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve GitHub pipelines for build and deployment.

• Support developers and operations with troubleshooting and incident triage.

• Contribute to the design of infrastructure support for conversational AI tools.

• Implement light automation for repetitive tasks and code deployment.

• Ensure systems meet operational stability, security, and compliance expectations.

Key Requirements:

• Familiarity with GitHub CI/CD and AWS services (ECS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch).

• Experience in containerization.

• Experience in IaaC (Terraform, AWS SAM).

• Comfortable supporting deployment, testing, and release of backend APIs.

• Understanding of Kanban workflows and collaborative tools like MS Teams.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of voice platform components (Genesys, Cognigy).
