Your New Role

We’re hiring a full-time HVAC Lead Installer based in Del City, Oklahoma to oversee commercial new construction HVAC installation projects. In this leadership role, you’ll:

• Manage projects from initial install to completion

• Interpret blueprints and coordinate job schedules

• Assign tasks, oversee work crews, and ensure installations meet all safety and quality standards

• Coordinate delivery and staging of materials and equipment

• Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and internal teams

• Represent the company with professionalism on job sites
