Your Role

As a bus driver at Keolis, you serve as the public face of our organisation, operating under well-known brands such as Syntus, R-Net, or U-OV. You will assist passengers boarding the bus, engage in friendly conversation, and provide route information when needed. Your approachable and professional manner will make you a familiar and trusted presence in the community.

You will operate routes throughout the Amersfoort and Utrecht regions, with occasional journeys extending to Amsterdam. Your commitment to safety, hospitality, and reliability—always delivered with a smile—will make a meaningful impact on every passenger’s journey.

Your Profile

We are seeking dedicated professionals who meet the following criteria. Important is that you already live in The Netherlands. Further:

✅ Hold a valid Category D driving licence and Code 95;

✅ Possess at least A2-level proficiency in Dutch, and B1-level in English;

✅ Demonstrate strong customer service skills and a high sense of responsibility;

✅ Reside near Amersfoort or Mijdrecht (max. 45 minute commute) and have access to personal transportation;

✅ Are available to work variable shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional split shifts

What We Offer

We provide a comprehensive employment package, including:

• A competitive salary ranging from €2,790 to €3,744 per month (full-time, based on experience, in accordance with the CAO OV);

• Irregular hours allowance of approximately €450 to €500 per month;

• A one-year employment contract, with the prospect of a permanent position upon mutual satisfaction;

• Free language course (to B1 level Dutch) and free Dutch culture training;

• Travel expense reimbursement for commuting;

• 40 minutes of paid break time per shift;

• A minimum of 40 days of leave (including 23–29 vacation days and 17–26 additional leave days);
