Your New Role

This position is based in Waldorf, MD, and requires reliable commuting or relocation before your start date. As the Project Engineer, you’ll:

  • Assist the project management team throughout the lifecycle of commercial construction projects

  • Support bids, startup logistics, submittals, RFIs, and closeout tasks

  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure technical accuracy

  • Communicate with clients and internal teams on deliverables

  • Use construction project management software (Bluebeam, Procore, Smartsheet) to track tasks and documentation

  • Handle project-related administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience (3–5 years in a Project Engineer role)

  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, and construction-related software

  • Solid blueprint reading and interpretation skills

  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work onsite in Waldorf, MD (commute or relocation required)
