The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and staff, providing exceptional service and support. This individual will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that all interactions reflect the values of Duchesne Academy. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for helping others in an educational setting.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person from students, parents, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide clear, accurate information regarding school policies, events, and services.
Assist with registration, enrollment, and general school administrative inquiries.
Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address specific requests.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, concerns, and resolutions in the school’s database.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of school communications such as newsletters, announcements, and event reminders.
Support school events by providing information and managing on-the-day logistics as needed.
Uphold the Academy’s commitment to high standards of service and confidentiality in all interactions.
Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the school’s operations.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in a related field is a plus.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in an educational or similar setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to explain complex information clearly.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask and manage a variety of requests and issues simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering quality service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment.
