Your responsibilities

  • Support international Recruitment Business Partners in pre-employment screening checks from logistical and administrative perspectives
  • Coordinate the onboarding process and make sure that all the steps are completed on time
  • Collaborate with the external pre-employment and medical checks suppliers
  • Generate and extend e-offers across UK&Ireland
  • Organise right to work check meetings
  • Respond to the onboarding related queries from the candidates
  • Create and maintain process documentation and reports as required

Our requirements

  • Very good command of English
  • Experience in working with ATS (especially SuccessFactors)
  • Experience in HR Operations at a Shared Services Center
  • Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Customer oriented and proactive approach
  • Effective planning, organizational skills, time management and prioritization; attention to detail

Role Purpose

HR Specialist (Offers & Onboarding) work closely with local team and International Recruitment Business Partners and are responsible for managing and maintaining onboarding data. Each Specialist supports processes with regards to onboarding of new hires, following set standard operating procedures in a timely and quality manner with customer focus.
