What We're Looking For:

• -Some experience or interest in metalworking, machine operation, or CNC work
• -A willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on technical role
• -Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• -Reliability and team spirit
• -Good level of English and possession of driving license
• -Willingness to perform a game-based assessment test during recruitment process, to assess your learning ability, cognitive flexibility and problem solving abilities (online). If you enjoy playing games on your phone, you will find this test just as fun and easy.
• -Possession of a valid VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one through HOBIJ
