Role Description: As a Backend Developer for the GL team, you will join a successful international team focused on creating and maintaining complex financial software. You will collaborate with developers, testers, application support engineers, and infrastructure automation engineers to ensure a smooth development and operational pipeline. This role emphasizes Python backend development.

The team is based in Sofia and consists of 5 members, including QAs and Developers.

Requirements: \* 2+ years of experience in an OOP language, preferably Python. \* Logical thinking, critical thinking, and quick learning ability. \* Understanding of best development practices, clean code principles, design patterns, and object-oriented principles. \* Experience with SQL. \* Good written and spoken English.

Nice to have: \* Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. \* Strong knowledge of Data Structures and algorithms. \* Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git/SVN). \* Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD). \* Experience with tracking systems (e.g., Jira). \* Knowledge of microservices in a distributed environment. \* Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
