The Role: Cyber Security Specialist/Senior Cyber Security Specialist

This full-time position is available in Porto, Sofia, and Belgrade.

Responsibilities:

As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will support the CISO in managing our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ISO 27001 certification. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing core security processes such as risk management, risk treatment, internal audits, and the resolution of findings.
• Contributing to security awareness campaigns.
• Supporting supplier management through the assessment of potential suppliers.
• Maintaining the governance and policy framework.
• Responding to security questionnaires and providing internal consulting.
• Taking a lead role in one or two of the above-mentioned areas.
• Supporting security operations topics due to the small team size.
• Collaborating closely with the IT department and other internal service functions.

What is Important to Us (Requirements):

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Security, with a background in security governance or operations.
• Solid understanding of management systems, particularly ISO 27001.
• Knowledge of modern IT infrastructure, including networking, identity and access management, cloud, virtualization, and endpoint security.
• Familiarity with common IT threats and the Mitre ATT&CK framework.
• Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to produce concise and effective text.
• A university degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Cyber Security, or a comparable education.
• Experience working in an enterprise setting, understanding processes, quality, and documentation.
• A team-player attitude with high standards for autonomy and quality in work.
• Very good English language skills, with the ability to work in international teams.
