Job Title: Customer Support Agent (Croatian/Slovenian Speaker) Department: Support Location: Sofia City, Bulgaria

Sofia Stars is expanding and seeking Croatian OR Slovenian & English speaking Customer Support Agents.

Shift Options: \* Day Shift: \* Working Hours: 09 AM - 18 PM and 14 PM - 23 PM (rotating weekly), with an option for 17 PM - 02 AM. \* Working Days: 5 days work, 2 days rest (schedule set 1 month in advance). \* Night Shift: \* Working Hours: 23 PM - 09 AM. \* Working Days: 3 days work, 3 days off.

Important Note: This is an office-based position only; remote options are not considered.

Responsibilities: \* Provide support in Croatian or Slovenian and English via email and live chat. \* Process inquiries with great attention to detail and content. \* Identify client needs and proactively propose solutions. \* Focus on customer expectations and satisfaction. \* Collaborate with the team to improve and establish necessary processes.

Qualifications: \* Proficiency in Croatian or Slovenian and English (written and spoken). \* Proactive with good support/sales skills. \* Strong communication and negotiation skills. \* Attention to detail. \* Previous experience as a support agent is an advantage.
