fabryka akumulatorów We are looking for a proactive and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Controlling Department at SSC Bielsko-Biała. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in controlling and a passion for continuous improvement. As member of our finance team, you will be responsible for controlling and financial reporting activities for 2 legal entities in Nordic region – Finland and Norway, reporting to UK & Nordics Financial Controller. These activities include month-end closing under US GAAP, forecasting and budgeting, as well as assisting in annual audit & ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and SOX. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with excellent communication skills and is eager to grow in a dynamic, international environment.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare and review the company’s monthly Actual group management accounts under US GAAP
• Lead the preparation process for the company’s annual budget and quarterly forecasts
• Providing input to external consultants preparing financial statements
• Ensure comprehensive audit documentation and involvement in cooperation with auditors to enable timely submission of financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of tax computations and returns, VAT
• Supervise the internal control processes within the finance function
• Supervise and set credit limits for customers, including D&B checks and the interface with Group credit controllers & manage the process of monitoring and collecting receivables

Our requirements

• University Degree in Finance and Accounting
• 3 years of experience in Finance/Controlling
• SAP knowledge (FI/CO)
• Previous exposure to statutory financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English
• US GAAP & SOX knowledge is an asset
