Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate company-wide compliance activities to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory and internal standardsCollaborate with all departments to ensure procedures are followed and well-documentedMaintain Integrated Management System documentation in accordance with relevant ISO standards, TISAX and GDPR requirementsPrepare and deliver internal trainings to ensure IMS awareness amongst all employeesSupport teams and projects in fulfilling IMS requirementsPropose new ideas for improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the IMS and collaborate with process owners to drive their implementationPlan and conduct internal audits in line with ISO and TISAX requirementsCoordinate and support external audit processes

Requirements:Relevant experience in a similar, compliance-related role within an IT organizationAdvanced knowledge of ISO standards, TISAX and GDPR requirementsInternal auditor experience (certified for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2023)Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervisionWell-organized, systematic, and detail-orientedProficient in data collection, analysis, and presentationProfessionally fluent in English and comfortable using it in daily workAble to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levelsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse teamNice to have:Knowledge of TISAX VDA 6.0
