Solution Engineer:Work mode – fully remote.Rate: up to 42 EUR/h.Contract length – 6 months.Start – ASAP/1 month.Business Travels: ccasional travels to France.Language – English.Industry – automotive.Responsibilities:Support Service Owners and Regional Service Managers in coordinating and managing the EU Data Act commercial sub-track.Ensure commercial input, decisions, and deliverables (e.g., pricing) are delivered on time to meet project milestones.Analyze the impact of the EU Data Act on existing commercial digital services.Recommend compliance and optimization strategies for digital products within the E2E Data Act solution.Conduct detailed analysis of ordering, provisioning, and billing processes for digital services in the context of the EU Data Act.Collaborate closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment and on-time delivery of contractual/legal outputs.Present analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders and management.Monitor related initiatives at the group level and adjust requirements accordingly.

We are looking for a Solution Engineer to be a key contributor and commercial partner within the EU Data Act project. The selected candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of key legal and commercial artifacts required for the overall solution, including supporting the identification and design of new business models and digital service opportunities arising from the Data Act.Skills & Experience Required:Hands-on, proactive mindset — comfortable delivering across all aspects of the commercial sub-track.Familiarity with requirement documentation and sprint planning (preferably using Azure DevOps).Strong background in business analysis and strategic planning.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work across diverse functions, including commercial, legal, tech, and D&IT.Willingness to understand and interpret the legal implications of the EU Data Act on digital services.
