Your responsibilities

• Coordinates the change activity from the initial request to approval for implementation.
• Schedules and facilitates the weekly Technical/Organizational Review meetings.
• Supports the analysis of changes throughout the life cycle of the change and could be part of the Technical and Organizational Review.
• Prepares the usage reports for use at Tech and Organizational Review.
• Audits the change packages to assure proper process execution.

Our requirements

• High School Diploma required; Associates Degree in technical field (Preferred)
• 3 to 5 years working in an engineering environment (Preferred)
• MS Office Experience (Required)
• Team Center Experience (Strongly Preferred) or other Change Management tool
• Planning skills
• Communication/collaboration skills
• Analytical/problem-solving skills
• Effective writing skills
• Self-starter
