Your responsibilities

• Ensure seamless execution of daily operational processes, including order management and on-time delivery (OTD)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and launch of new products
• Drive operational efficiency and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and market competitiveness
• Identify and implement process improvements and innovative tools to optimize workflows
• Provide operational feasibility feedback during product development and ensure alignment with quality and efficiency standards

Our requirements

• A Master’s degree in a technical, engineering, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in R&D and/or supply chain operations
• Project management and workflow optimization skills
• Hands-on experience with SAP, especially in supply chain and production planning
• Analytical capabilities to interpret operational data and drive improvements
• A solid grasp of supply chain principles, including procurement, inventory, and delivery processes
• A mindset focused on strategic thinking, customer satisfaction, collaboration, and agility
