Your responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in alignment with business goals
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules and budgets in cooperation with the product owner and the lead engineer
• Track project progress and proactively manage changes and deviations
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Provide regular project updates, including risks and issues, to stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
• Lead and motivate project teams
• Provide guidance and support to team members
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment

Our requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience in technical environment running R&D projects , new product introductions, technology transfers in manufacturing or similar,
• Proven track record of successfully managed projects from initiation to completion,
• Fluent English , both written and spoken,
• Strong leadership, communication interpersonal skills,
• University degree in technical field ( Mechanical Engineering background is a plus),
• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince 2 or similar) is an advantage.
