About the project

• Client details: We are supporting a global company headquartered in Switzerland in an ongoing project. The engagement offers long-term stability and the chance to work in an international environment.
• Rate: 120–150 PLN net + VAT / hour
• Location: Poland (remote with occasional business trips)
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract: until end of 2025 (with a likely extension to end of 2026)
• Working model:
• • Mainly remote work
• • Occasional business trips to the client site (Kraków or Switzerland) every 3–6 months, lasting 2–4 days
• • Standard business hours: 8:00–17:00
• • Consultant must be based in Poland

Your responsibilities

• Providing support to Salesforce users
• Handling and resolving issues reported via ticketing systems (e.g., Jira)
• Troubleshooting Salesforce Service and Field Service processes
• Preparing and maintaining documentation

Our requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Service and Field Service
• Strong English communication skills
• Hands-on experience with ticketing tools such as Jira
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently
